Marisa is a recent graduate from the University of British Columbia. As a former undergraduate representative for the Canadian Bioethics Society, she springboarded the writing contest, and facilitated the negotiation of a student section in the Canadian Journal of Bioethics. She is an enthusiast for all things academia, and hopes to become a professor one day, at the intersection of medical research and health policy. This event is part of our COVID-19 Spring Series. In an effort to stay connected while isolated, let's discuss the ethical issues you and the world are experiencing in true Café Bioethics fashion, with open minds, utmost respect, and intellectual accessibility.
