About the event
Nate Gerber is an enterprise architecture and strategic design consultant at ThinkFresh Group. His industry background is in digital health platforms and user experience, with a focus on guiding integrations of leadership, platform and product delivery concerns. Recent clients include Taboo Health, the City of Toronto, Muuver Inc., Envision VR, LawLignment Professional Corporation, CABHI/Baycrest Hospital and the Tetradian Futures Institute. Nate is also active in convening local economic recovery efforts through the #RecoverTogether project and the Response-Ability Consortium.

Marisa is a recent graduate from the University of British Columbia. As a former undergraduate representative for the Canadian Bioethics Society, she springboarded the writing contest, and facilitated the negotiation of a student section in the Canadian Journal of Bioethics. She is an enthusiast for all things academia, and hopes to become a professor one day, at the intersection of medical research and health policy. Outside of academia, Marisa has been a rostered athlete with the UBC Cycling Team for the past three years, and has biked from Vancouver to Seattle in two days!
